They conducted this tournament on their own and the results were 70 golfers, netting $1,900. It was a fun tournament, however it did not generate the amount of money needed for the intended purposes.

This same group of individuals contacted me to direct their fundraiser in 2011 and the overall results were 132 golfers netting over $30,000.

So, what transpired to make this difference?

We conducted the Team Leaders Training in June and these five individuals worked diligently and efficiently to produce what they termed a “very successful fundraiser” 90 days later.
